Electronic moisture meter for wood ECV-4

Electronic moisture meter for wood ECV-4 is designed to measure the absolute moisture content of lumber, blanks, parts and products made of chemically untreated wood of pine, spruce, beech, oak, birch.
The device is designed for use both indoors and outdoors in a non-aggressive environment at temperatures from +10°C to 35°C and a relative humidity of 65±15%.
The moisture measurement method is resistive.

• Moisture measurement limits for wood: from 4% to 90%
• The basic absolute error of the device, compared with the method for determining the moisture content of wood according to GOST 11486-65 in the zone of penetration of the sensor electrodes at a depth of no more than 10 mm from the surface, should be:
  - no more than ±0.5% absolute within 8% to 12% of actual humidity;
  - no more than ±1.0% absolute within 12% to 30% of actual humidity;
  - not standardized within 30% to 55% of actual humidity.
