This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the rules and measures taken by the administration of the website zemlya.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site) to ensure the protection of information collected and stored on the Site.

1. Collection and use of information

The Site collects and uses information about visitors and users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as Users) for the following purposes:

We have integrated the consent management tool "consentmanager" (www.consentmanager.net) from consentmanager AB (Håltgelvågen 1b, 72348 Västerås, Sweden, mail@consentmanager.net) into our website to collect consent for data processing and the use of cookies or similar functions. With "consentmanager" you can give your consent to certain functions of our website, such as the integration of external elements, streaming content, statistical analysis, measurement and personalized advertising. You can give or refuse your consent to all functions or give consent for individual purposes or functions. The settings you have selected can be changed later.

The purpose of integrating "consentmanager" is to enable users of our website to make decisions regarding the above-mentioned issues and, in the context of further use of our website, to offer the possibility to change the settings you have already made. With the help of the "consentmanager" personal data and information from the end devices used (e.g. IP address) are processed. In addition, the processed information may be stored on your device.

The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c) GDPR (legal obligation) in conjunction with Art. 6 (3) sentence 1 lit. a) (consent) and Art. 7 (1) GDPR, as well as, alternatively, lit. f) (legitimate interest). By processing the data, the consentmanager helps us (the responsible party according to the GDPR) to fulfill our legal obligations (e.g. the obligation to provide evidence of consent). Our legitimate interests in processing are the storage of user settings and preferences regarding the use of cookies and other functions. "Consentmanager" stores your data for as long as your user settings are active. Consent will be requested again two years after the user settings have been made. The settings you make are saved for this period.

2. Storage and protection of information

  • The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten") under certain conditions;

  • The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine).

4. Changes to the Privacy Policy
