This model can work with electric and gasoline, diesel engines of at least 6 hp. At the moment, the model is equipped with a Centaur gasoline engine. At the customer's request, we install any engine.
The chopping machine (branch shredder) is well suited for processing garden trimmings, tree crowns in the forestry industry, wood waste after municipal activities and in subsidiary farms, which may have been thrown away and previously not considered as fuel. When harvesting firewood, most of us threw away the branches and did not use them, this machine allows you to use all the wood without a trace. You yourself know how much self-seeding shoots grow, which can be easily processed into fuel by our machine. The machine also copes well with chopping slabs (sawmill waste).
The design development of this machine is aimed at transmitting the required revolutions to the working part of the machine necessary for high-quality, strong chopping and durability of work. The knives of the chipping machine are made of special steel that undergoes heat treatment and are easily removed for maintenance and replacement. The engine speed passes through a belt drive and a gearbox, ensuring the correct reduction in speed to increase the force of the knives hitting the wood. The gearbox gears are made of 20ХН3А steel and undergo heat treatment.
