All knife blocks of TiDH 240 machines are made of carbon steel. High-tech processing of cutting surfaces allows for perfect shearing of any wool.

For shearing any type of wool, the knife block drive uses ebonite gears, providing the mechanism with increased strength and reliability. Extended range of replaceable knife blocks.
COMFORT

MOTOR
The motor with a special air cooling system works quite quietly. TiDH traditionally uses only THRIVE (Japan) rotary motors. The practical absence of vibrations and motor noise is achieved through the additional use of high-precision bearings in the design, which is the main distinguishing feature of Thrive motors from other leading manufacturers. The presence of bearings also greatly increases the service life of the rotary motor. The Thrive rotary motor is made using high-precision bearings, unlike the bushing system of other manufacturers!
