Branch shredders are designed for processing wood, board trimmings, battens, branches, etc. Processed wood is an excellent fuel for all types of combustion.
Branch shredders are manufactured on high-quality equipment with software (CNC), which makes them high-quality and reliable, which in turn guarantees a long service life of the units.
The cutting shafts are square, the gears on the shafts are splined. The knives are made of 65G spring steel with subsequent heat treatment and have a double sharpening angle, which extends the service life of the knives. The knives are set in relation to each other, as accurately as possible without gaps between them, which allows for the equal processing of branches of a larger diameter and the smallest ones.
The welded body of the branch cutter block ensures the rigidity and strength of the structure.
All components of the shredder are primed before painting, and then painted with polyurethane paint made in Italy. This type of paint is a mixture of various polymers, which has excellent protective and shock-resistant properties that no other paint has.
