DIESEL FUEL PUMP LIGHT TECH, 12/24 V, 40 L/MIN

Description:

The pump is a lightweight portable kit for pumping diesel fuel in the field. It can be used for independent refueling of construction and agricultural equipment, vehicles and motor boats. The model is equipped with a built-in bypass valve, which provides fuel bypass in case the dispensing valve is closed with the engine running.

The fuel kit is represented by a 12- or 24-volt self-priming vane electric pump with a capacity of 40 l/min, developing an outlet pressure of up to 1.3 bar. The motor is equipped with a fuse. There is also IP55 moisture protection. The model is operated at temperatures from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius. During operation, the noise level does not exceed 80 dB. In the "dry" suction mode, the model is able to lift fuel from a depth of up to 2 meters.

The pump operates with a diesel engine. It is prohibited to use it for pouring water, gasoline, alcohol, gas or kerosene.

This model can be equipped with a fuel flow meter

Included:

• self-priming vane electric pump with bypass valve

• electric switch (in the pump body)

• 4 meter fuel delivery hose with a diameter of 19 mm (¾') with fittings required for connection to the gun

• aluminum fuel dispensing gun without a shut-off valve with a built-in swivel coupling, internal thread 1' BSP

The pump is supplied without a suction hose. We will complete the pump with a suction hose of any length (we recommend installing the pump no further than 10 meters from the tank).

After practical tests, we can confidently state that the pump lifts fuel from a depth of 2 meters. Dry suction tests from a depth of more than two meters have not been conducted.
