This product is used for disinfection and gasification of warehouses from pests. This is a continuous-action insecticide. It destroys all barn pests. Unlike Phostoxin, it is used at low and subzero temperatures.
Work with protective gloves and a gas mask. See the can for detailed operating instructions.
Can be used from 0 degrees CelsiusActive ingredient: magnesium phosphide 56% Packaging: Metal (aluminum) flasks of 0.9 kg (300 round tablets of 3 g). |
Norm:
for empty spaces 1 kg per 200 m3
For grain 9 g / t (1 kg per 100 tons of grain)
Places of application:
Warehouses, hangars, silos, closed spaces, bulk grain and bags
Pests:
Bark beetles, moles, larvae (collared weevil, rice weevil, flour beetle, short-horned flour beetle, Surinam flour beetle, grain worm, pea weevil, bean weevil, southern collared moth, miller moth, grain (barley) moth, flour mite, as well as numerous quarantine insect species).
Active ingredient: magnesium phosphide 66%.
Mode of action: the preparation begins to release phosphine (PH3) 30 - 60 minutes after contact with atmospheric air. The dynamics of the process depends on the humidity and temperature of the air. Phosphine acts on all agricultural pests, regardless of their development stage, as well as on rodents that penetrate the composition from the outside. The gas has a high penetrating ability, it penetrates through all types of packaging materials, as well as tightly packed goods.
Dosage: the product is ready for use.
Additional information: magtoxin, unlike phostoxin, can be used at an air temperature below 5 degrees Celsius (in the temperature range from 0 to 5 degrees), while the exposure is 10 days. Magtoxin decomposes faster than products containing aluminum phosphide. At a humidity of 60% and a temperature of 20 degrees, almost 75% of phosphine is released after 24 hours. The maximum concentration of phosphine (phosphorus hydrogen) is reached after 24 - 36 hours. Does not affect the taste and aroma of processed products.
Fighting moles: Place 5-7 tablets in the hole and trample to prevent gas from escaping. When tablets get into tunnels dug by animals, they begin to decompose under the influence of moisture and oxygen inside the tunnel. The gas reaches the farthest corners of the system. Animals located underground receive a lethal dose of phosphine.
Fighting bark beetle: When using, close all openings to prevent gas from escaping. Quickly spread the tablets and leave the room. Depending on the temperature and humidity, the exposure time is from 2 to 5 days. One can is enough for 200 cubic meters. After use, dispose of the remaining tablets. The gas has a high penetrating ability.
