The branch shredder is designed for processing wood, board trimmings, battens, branches, etc. Processed wood is an excellent fuel for all types of combustion.
Maximum diameter of the processed branch:
- Raw soft wood - 130 mm
- Raw hard wood - 110 mm
- Dry hard wood - 100 mm
The resulting fraction is 12-14 cm

Branch shredders are manufactured on high-quality equipment with software (CNC), which makes them high-quality and reliable, which in turn guarantees a long service life of the units.
The thickness of the shredder body is 25 mm, the distance between the walls of the body is 230 mm, the distance between the shafts is 130 mm.
The cutting shafts are square, the gears on the shafts are splined. (Gears: diameter 230 mm, thickness 40 mm). The knives are made of 65G spring steel with subsequent heat treatment and have a double sharpening angle, which allows to extend the service life of the knives. The thickness of the knives is 12 mm.
The knives are set in relation to each other, as accurately as possible without gaps between them, which allows to process branches of a larger diameter and the smallest ones equally.
Painting of branch shredders:
All shredder components are primed before painting, and then painted with polyurethane paint of Italian manufacture. This type of paint is a mixture of various polymers, which has excellent protective and shockproof properties that no other paint has.
