Warranty and Returns

All terms of warranty service and return of goods are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Warranty for goods

A standard 12-month warranty is provided for all goods subject to warranty. The warranty period is indicated in the warranty card or, in some cases, in the product receipt. Please keep the receipt and warranty card throughout the warranty period.

Warranty service provides for free elimination of defects that have arisen due to the manufacturer's fault.

The warranty does not apply to:

consumables (brushes, filters, etc.);
cables with mechanical or thermal damage;
products that have been opened or repaired outside an authorized service center;
damaged or improperly used products.

For warranty or service issues, you can contact the contacts specified in the warranty card or directly to our store.

Return of goods

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following rules:

The product has not been used, has original packaging, complete set and undamaged seals (if any).
It is necessary to provide the original sales receipt.
The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer.

The warranty is not provided in cases of:

mechanical damage to the product due to improper transportation, storage or operation;
violation of the conditions of use specified in the technical documentation;
damage to seals or control labels;
presence of foreign objects inside the product body;
failure due to natural disaster or actions of third parties;
improper operation, overload, unstable power supply;
correction or falsification of entries in the warranty card.
