Information about ordering, payment and delivery

  • Through the online catalog on our website

Payment methods:

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash: At our office or pick-up point.
  • Cashless payment: Payment to our company's bank account (for legal entities persons, sole proprietors or as a private individual). We will issue you an invoice after confirming your order.
  • Cash on delivery: Payment upon receipt of the goods at the branch of the transport company or to the courier (the carrier's commission for the transfer of funds may be charged).
  • Online payment on the website: By bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) or through electronic payment systems LiqPay, Privat24, Portmone. After clicking the "Place an order" button, you will be redirected to a secure payment system page. 
  • Payment to the courier: Cash upon receipt of the order (availability depends on the delivery service and region).

* All payments are made in Ukrainian hryvnia.

Delivery methods:

  • Self-pickup: You can pick up the order yourself from our warehouse/office during business hours from 9-00 to 18-00.
  • Transport company: Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the delivery services Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Express, Delivery. Delivery is possible to a branch or post office, or to your address (address delivery).
  • Courier delivery: Delivery by courier in Ukraine (check the terms and cost with the manager or on the checkout page).

Important information:

  • The prices listed on the website do not include the cost of delivery. The cost of delivery is calculated individually when placing an order and depends on the weight, dimensions of the goods, the selected delivery method and the destination.
  • By default, the cargo is insured for the full cost of the order to protect against loss or damage during transportation. If you want to refuse full insurance, please inform the manager when confirming the order.
  • The carrier is responsible for the safety of the cargo after transfer to the transport company. Please carefully inspect the goods upon receipt for damage to the packaging and contents.
  • Orders confirmed and paid (with prepayment) before  14:00 are usually shipped on the same business day (if the goods are in stock).
  • When ordering goods with the status "On order" (not in stock): place an order through the website or contact the manager to clarify the delivery time and current price. Prepayment may be required.
